Lympstone Entertainments and Lympstone Film Society are organisations which provide professional entertainment and film screenings for the benefit of the residents of the village and its surroundings. Your data is only collected if you voluntarily request us to hold it:

  • deliver our emailed information Drumbeat
  • respond to communications from you
  • deliver tickets to you
  • request your help at one of our events.

How and when do we store your data?

We only keep data for as long as we need  to in order to use it as described above in the second section.

Your information is only accessed by officers of the societies who have a reason to do so.

Data may be stored on password electronic devices of relevant officers of Lympstone Entertainments and Lympstone Film Society..

We will remove your data if we receive a written request.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

You have the legal right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data.

We will respond to such requests within the GDPR timescale of 1 month. Any corrections can be notified by letter or email.

If at any time you wish to withdraw your consent for Lympstone Entertainments or Lympstone Film Society to hold the information you have given, you need to tell us by letter or email.
